This place is the real deal, I was in town and my computer died. It might have been the best thing to happen to me. I actually waited a few weeks to write this to make sure this computer really was as good as it seemed, wow it is GREAT! Best laptop I have ever owned, for the price of the junk I was buying back home in Manhattan. I am going to order every computer I ever use for the rest of my life from this guy. I simply said what I needed and I finally have a laptop that takes care of all my needs! I can not speak highly enough of this business! WOW!

I had been a customer of Computer Express. They closed and I had to find a new place to take my laptops and desktops for repair. Micro center is too much and too formal. I was able to find The Computer Store on North High Street in Clintonville. I am very glad i did. Great service and they found a cheaper fix that saved me $60 off the original quote. James was very easy to work with and was able to fix my laptop for a reasonable price and quite quickly. I actually got my computer back four days before his initial quote and it has worked perfectly ever since!

"I had cracked my brother's HP screen, and it needed fixed. I went to Best Buy, and they said it would be over $300 AND take 3 weeks to repair. Being extremely discouraged, I decided I would try one last place, and google searched computer repair shops near OSU campus. I saw The Computer Store had 4.9 stars and many reviews, so I decided to give it a shot.
James did the repair service for $180, and it took a little less than a week (would have been only two days but my screen needed special ordering). He was straight forward about the repair, very friendly, and overall I am completely satisfied with my experience. My Toshiba laptop was stepped on and cracked. James fixed it in less than 24 hours for a reasonable price. I would recommend this company.

I've had a Dell Laptop and an All-In-One Touchscreen Gateway PC fixed here. Both times James takes a look (free), tells you exactly what he would do and how much he would charge (prices have always been fair), fixes it quick, and calls right away when it is finished. Absolutely no complaints and that comes from a completely computer illiterate person. I will always use TCS! James does great work.

The guys at The Computer Store are great. They were able to get the part needed for my computer cheaper than what I could find on Amazon and overall cost was more than fair to repair my laptop (needed a new motherboard). James also had it ready two days ahead of the originally quoted completion date. All around, I recommend The Computer Store for your next repair need.
